SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping within domestic markets only (Vietnam), any shipping fees for returned items are at the customers expense, unless they are deemed as manufacturer faults.
Shipping to international markets will be calculated on a per destination value and added to the final purchase cost.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer full return and refunds only in the case of manufacturer defects. That is, in the event that the shoes delivered display a clear error in the design or production of the product, causing it to not work properly.
We also offer a return and exchange policy in the event that the wrong size is ordered.
We can accept a return of the original order in exchange for an alternate size, this only applies if;
The shoes have not been worn.
Is within 4 days of receipt of delivery.
Shipping is agreed at customers’ expense.
